Rambling Clo operates on a small-batch, print-to-order model. Each garment is produced by hand once orders are gathered. Because of this, returns are handled carefully and fairly.

Returns eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The item is faulty

• The item was damaged in transit

• The incorrect item was sent

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items not eligible for return

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items made to order unless faulty

• Wear and tear caused by normal use

• Damage caused by washing or misuse

• Change of mind on made-to-order items

This is in line with UK consumer law for custom and made-to-order goods.

Condition of returns

Returned items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

How to request a return

Please email seanjukes@ramblingclo.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos if the item is faulty or damaged

We’ll respond with next steps.

Refunds

If a return is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

Where possible, we may offer an exchange.
Availability depends on remaining stock from that chapter.
